MedaCube Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the MedaCube automatic pill dispenser ("MedaCube" or "Product") from PharmAdva, LLC ("PharmAdva," "we," "us," or "our") via www.medacube.com. It is in addition to our Terms and Conditions (www.medacube.com/pages/terms-and-conditions), Limited Warranty (www.medacube.com/warranty), and Extended Warranty Agreement (www.medacube.com/pages/extended-warranty-agreement). We may update this policy; changes will be posted here.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
MedaCube units come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. This allows you to return the Product for a full refund if you are not satisfied, subject to the conditions below.
- Eligibility: The Product must be unused or in like-new condition, with all original items, accessories, and packaging included. Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Process: Contact Customer Service at 844-506-9350 or help@pharmadva.com within 30 days to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be processed without an RMA. Ship the Product back to us (address provided with RMA) within 14 days of RMA issuance.
- Shipping and Fees: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defect covered by warranty. No restocking fees apply if conditions are met; however, if packaging/items are missing or damaged due to improper handling, we may deduct reasonable charges (up to 10% of purchase price) from the refund.
- Refund Timeline: Upon receipt and inspection (typically 5–10 business days), we will issue a full refund (less any deducted charges) to your original payment method. Refunds take 3–5 business days to process.
Post-30-Day Returns and Buy-Back Option
After 30 days from delivery, standard returns for refund are not accepted. However, we may, at our sole discretion, offer to repurchase the unit as a courtesy buy-back program.
- Buy-Back Amount: Up to $200 USD, based on the unit's condition and our assessment.
- Eligibility: The unit must be in working condition or an agreed-upon condition (e.g., no major defects beyond normal wear). We will not repurchase if there are undisclosed damages (e.g., physical damage, water/fire exposure, infestation, unauthorized modifications, or abuse).
- Process: Contact Customer Service for an RMA and preliminary assessment. Ship the unit to us; final determination occurs upon inspection. If refused, we will return it to you at your expense or, if hazardous/unrepairable, dispose of it with your prior consent (in compliance with applicable laws).
- Timeline: Buy-back offers are processed within 10 business days of receipt; payment issued via check or original method.
Warranty-Related Returns
If your return is due to a defect, it may be handled under our 1-Year Limited Warranty (www.medacube.com/warranty) or optional 2-Year Comprehensive Extended Warranty (www.medacube.com/products/2-year-extended-warranty-for-medacube). In such cases, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion instead of the money-back guarantee. See those policies for details.
General Terms
- No Guarantee of Buy-Back: The buy-back program is optional and not a right; we reserve the right to modify or discontinue it without notice.
- Returned or repurchased units: Returned units undergo inspection, cleaning, and any necessary restoration to original specifications before potential resale or reuse, in compliance with applicable FDA guidelines.
- Limitations: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to returns or use. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under New York law or other applicable consumer protections (e.g., if no policy is deemed posted, a 30-day return may apply for unused goods).
